Deal Rooms are an exclusive series of deep dives designed to connect leading investors with visionary founders in the Elemental Impact and Earthshot Ventures portfolio.
On Tuesday, April 21, we’ll bring together investors, corporates, and philanthropists to get an inside scoop on opportunities to power our scale-ready companies in their next phases of growth.
Across our Elemental and Earthshot, we’ve supported 180+ climate companies building solutions across energy, agriculture, industrial decarbonization, mobility, the built environment, and nature-based systems. These Deal Rooms showcase handpicked companies poised for monumental growth and impact in 2026 and beyond.
Deal Rooms will take place before the Elemental Interactive Main Show, which requires a separate registration.
Get an up-close look at the climate technologies set to change the world. Each deal room is a focused, interactive session where you can engage directly with founders around opportunities to power their next phase of growth.
Upon registration, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate which deal room(s) you’re most interested in participating in. Seats are limited to keep conversations participatory and actionable. Availability is filled on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Best for venture investors with a focus on hard-tech (A to B), infrastructure and project financiers, institutional funders, and philanthropy
Bedrock Energy installs geothermal heating/cooling systems that enable commercial, industrial, and multi-residential real estate portfolios to free up 500kW to 5MW of power capacity per site, save 50% on HVAC energy costs, and future-proof against energy price shocks. Bedrock uniquely leverages intelligent drilling technologies with computer recognition of earth's formation variations, so that robotic drilling can turn geo into a trillion-dollar distributed infra asset class. The company has a $40M pipeline—largely inbound—after less than two years of commercial pilots. Bedrock is well positioned for its next phase of growth, which will take corporate equity and project finance to scale into nationwide real estate portfolios.
SERIES B | Elemental portfolio
HQ: Burlington, MA | Project location: Fairfield, OH
Best for venture capital (Series C+), growth equity, infrastructure and project financiers
Nth Cycle is a critical-minerals refining company with a proven, modular platform designed to rapidly scale U.S. midstream processing of strategic metals. Unlike traditional centralized refineries, Nth Cycle’s technology enables a major industry breakthrough: a refining system that operates profitably at one-tenth the scale of conventional facilities. The technology has been proven in commercial operation at the company’s Ohio demonstration facility—the only operating midstream nickel refinery in the United States—producing recycled nickel MHP. With permitting completed in under six months and construction in under twelve months, Nth Cycle has demonstrated a clear path to rapid deployment and is now scaling the platform across additional metals, including rare earths and copper, as well as new partners and facilities. The company is advancing to their next stage of scale, which will require growth equity investment for a Series C round with an eye toward approximately $120M in project capital for development next year.
Series C | Elemental portfolio
HQ: Alameda, CA | Project locations: U.S. (Florida and Hawaii), Australia, and India
Best for private equity, institutional and real asset funders, philanthropy, corporates, commercial banks, and alternative capital providers
Terviva develops large-scale pongamia agroforestry projects that convert degraded agricultural land into productive sources of oils and proteins for bioenergy, animal feed, and food. Through proprietary pongamia genetics, Terviva achieves higher oil and protein yields per acre than conventional crops such as soy, while operating on land unsuitable for traditional agriculture. Funded with over $150M in capital over 15 years, from investors such as Astera, Mitsubishi, and Chevron, Terviva is now creating large tree planting projects in the US, South America, and Southeast Asia. A typical commercial project covers up to 10,000 acres and a million trees, and requires ~$50m of project funding.
SERIES A | Earthshot Ventures portfolio
HQ: Houston, TX | Project locations: Hutchinson, KS and Los Angeles, CA
Best for venture investors (Series B+), project and infrastructure financiers
Vaulted Deep permanently sequesters organic waste underground, removing atmospheric carbon while addressing critical waste management challenges. Leveraging their proprietary slurry injection technology, commercialized in the oil and gas sector, Vaulted's approach protects local environments while fighting climate change. Vaulted owns and operates its first commercial site in Hutchinson, Kansas, and is progressing a development pipeline bringing a number of new sites online over the coming years - starting in Weld County, CO. Vaulted plans to have 10 new sites online by 2030, with each new site removing tens of thousands of tons of CO2 annually and requiring ~$15M in capex.
